The open circle I help facilitate had some guests hosts tonight, and I celebrated my first Druid ritual. It was lovely! a very positive experience. The food was amazing (sauerbraten, colconnon, tres leches cake, oh my!) and the conversation was good. One of the Druids actually does a lot of Roman stuff, and her prayer to The Bull was inspiring and beautiful. And! about half the people at the table all read the same blog. Go figure! But I’ve been needing people and ritual recently, so it was very therapeutic for me to go to ritual tonight, even though it kept me from homework.
I really really really hope that one day, maybe after grad school, I can have a regular coven again.
